We pay generous referral fees
Our referral program is simple. Refer a rental property for us to manage and you’ll earn a generous referral fee. The more properties or doors you refer, the more you earn from us.
For every single-family home or condo unit that you refer to us, you’ll earn $300. For a residence with two units, you’ll get $400 while a four-unit building will earn you $600.
If you refer a mid-tier multi-family residence of eight units, you’ll get $1,000. If you refer more than eight units to us, we’ll quote you a fee on a case by case basis.
